• Full machine inspection and fault diagnostics
• Laser head alignment and lens inspection
• Cleaning and maintenance of optics (lenses, protective glass, and nozzles)
• Check and optimize gas systems (oxygen, nitrogen, air assist)
• Calibration of focus settings and beam path (where applicable)
• Lubrication of moving parts, rails, and drive systems
• Cooling system (chiller) inspection and maintenance
• Software and controller checks
• Replacement of minor worn components (parts billed separately if required)
• Preventative maintenance advice to avoid unexpected breakdowns

Service Details:
• Fixed Price Package: $726 
• Additional Time: $130 per hour thereafter (inc. GST)
