• Full machine inspection and fault diagnostics
• Glue pot cleaning and maintenance
• Pressure roller adjustment and alignment
• Trimmer and scraper calibration
• Lubrication of moving parts and conveyors
• Software and controller checks (if applicable)
• Replacement of minor worn components (parts billed separately if required)
• Preventative maintenance advice to minimize downtime
Service Details:
• Fixed Price Package: $726
• Additional Time: $130 per hour thereafter (inc. GST)
