Everything you need to know about ordering and working with Figtek Industry.
It takes about 4 to 8 weeks for us to build your machine. Build time may vary depending on the machine type, current order volume and any custom specifications requested. We'll confirm the estimated lead time at time of order.
The standard process is:
- You pay a 30% deposit to begin the build.
- We build your machine to your specifications.
- Once ready to leave our factory, you pay the 70% balance.
- We then organise delivery of the machine to your facility.
Contact us via phone or email to start the process — we'll walk you through everything.
You would need to get in touch with the team to see if there is a possibility of changing or modifying your order. Only after we check and review the build status can your order be changed or modified. Changes may not be possible if production has already begun.
While your machine is being built and in production you can see all the machine build updates on the machine log sheet that we provide to you. This gives you full visibility of the build progress at each stage. Contact us at any time for an update.
Yes. We deliver your machine ourselves and set it up and commission it at your facility. Our team will also provide initial training on how to operate the machine so you can get started as quickly as possible.
All our machines come with a locally valid warranty backed by Figtek Industry. We stock local parts and provide ongoing support across Australia. Warranty terms vary by machine — please contact us for specific details on the machine you're interested in.
