1. How long does it take to build?

It takes about 4 to 8 weeks for us to build your machine.

2. How do I place an order?

The standard process is you pay a 30% deposit. We build your machine for you. Once it's ready to go from our factory, you pay the 70% balance. We then organise delivery of the machine to your facility.

3. Can I change things once an order is made?

You would need to get in touch with the team to see if there is a possibility of changing or modifying your order. Only after we check and review can your order be changed or modified.

4. Where is my machine?

While your machine is being built and in production you can see all the machine build updates on the machine log sheet.

5. Do you deliver and set up at our facility?

Yes, we deliver your machine ourselves and set it up and commission it as well.
