Warranty
Fiber Laser Warranty:
Return to base warranty claim.
Supplier warrants that the Goods supplied shall be of merchantable quality, fit for the purpose intended and free of defects in materials, workmanship and design. If Purchaser supplies manufacturing drawings to Supplier, Supplier warrants that the Goods are manufactured and supplied strictly in accordance with such drawings.
Supplier shall (at the option of Purchaser) either replace or repair and make good any Goods or parts of Goods supplied by it found to be defective or in any way unsuitable for the purpose intended for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery of the Goods ("Warranty Period"). If Supplier repairs or replaces Goods during the Warranty Period, then those Goods repaired or replaced have a further warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date such repairs or replacements were completed.
Please note: Warranty coverage is contingent upon timely payment of invoices. To ensure uninterrupted warranty service, all invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe may result in warranty termination.
Labour Charges are not covered under warranty.
Please note that any extended warranty is conditioned with the machines location when it is commissioned. If the equipment is moved to a different location without us reinstalling, the extended warranty is null and void.
Please note that our warranty covers one replacement for the fiber laser source. Subsequent to the first replacement, any necessary repairs will be offered with a associated costs for shipping borne by the customer.
Transport of machinery to a different location without a qualified Figtek representative will void extended warranty.
Warranty Exclusion - Fiber Laser Source
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by internal reflection or a burnt fiber source resulting from the cutting of reflective materials such as aluminium, copper, brass or similar. Any fiber laser source failure arising from internal reflection is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
CNC Router Warranty
