The next stage includes finalizing the machine you are purchasing and receiving an invoice. We require atleast 30% deposit to secure your spot in the next shipment. Due to limited shipping space and monthly machine limits, availability is restricted. To secure your spot and ensure timely delivery of your machine, we recommend placing a deposit as soon as possible. The sooner a deposit is placed, the sooner you are able to receive a machine.
Here comes the hardest part
Once your shipping spot is secure and the deposit is received, the process of building your machine begins. Depending on the size or complexity of the machine, the process takes a total of 3 to 6 weeks to be built, calibrated and tested. During this time you will receive regular updates on your machine’s progress in the form of photographs and videos. On completion, you will receive video footage of the machine’s operation and its first test cuts before shipping. Shipping takes a minimum span of 2 weeks.
Prior to arrival, you will be contacted to arrange the date and time to collect the machine. We unload our containers in central Melbourne. Before the pickup or delivery, the remaining balance of 70% of the machine’s price will be required. This payment ensures that all financial obligations are settled prior to the handover of the machine. If you are unable to collect the machine, we can arrange for storage or delivery but these come at an additional cost. For optimal handling and positioning of the machine, we highly recommend opting for delivery with a crane truck whenever possible.
Setup (most exciting part)
Once your new machine arrives at its permanent location, it’s time to set it up and get it ready for operation. We strongly recommend that any electrical works or connections necessary for the machine be carried out by a licensed technician. This ensures compliance with safety regulations and minimizes any risks associated with electrical installations. All vital information regarding set up will be provided even in the form of machine- specific diagrams. This might seem daunting at first, but we are here to assist you throughout the process. If you require guidance in the setup process, we are available to support you via mail or call during business hours.

– Custom castors for locating the machine in your workspace.
– We also offer installation and setup services- this needs to be arranged in advance.
– Onsite or offsite training can also be provided. This needs to be arranged in advance.
It’s crucial to highlight that our margins are intentionally set at a low level, which places us at a higher risk than our clients when it comes to costs. Building and shipping each machine to order entails significant expenses that exceed the initial 30% deposit. However, we only require the remaining balance to be paid just before the machine is picked up, ensuring that the machine has arrived safely at its destination.
This approach is designed to safeguard our clients against any potential financial risks. By delaying the final payment until just before pick up, we take responsibility for ensuring the machine’s safe delivery. We are highly confident of the value of our products which is why there is high demand and we are able to sell our products to clients quickly.
Due to the limited availability of shipping space, it is important to note that it can fill up rapidly.
